Dr. Joachim Lapsien

Head of Product Marketing | CETA Testsysteme GmbH

Dr. Joachim Lapsien studied physics at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, specializing in laser and plasma physics, and received his doctorate there in the field of optical measurement technology. Since 2003 he has been working in industrial leak and flow testing at CETA Testsysteme GmbH, Hilden. Dr. Lapsien is head of the product marketing department and is a regular speaker on topics related to industrial leak and flow testing with presentations (lectures, posters, workshops, online seminars) at national and international conferences (e.g. AMA Conference, World Conference of Non-Destructive Testing, DGZfP Annual Conferences, DGZfP specialist seminars on leak testing and leak detection, Connector User Congress, Connectors Symposium, Innosecure, Power of Electronics). He has also published various articles in relevant specialist journals and specialist books. Dr. Lapsien is also actively involved in the DGZfP Leak Testing Technical Committee and the DIN Leak Testing Standards Committee.
