Oliver Fleschhut

European Mil/Aero Product Team Leader | Heilind Electronics Europe

Oliver Fleschhut, 43, is based near Heilind’s Distribution Center in Hanau and works remotely. He began his career in 2008 at Nies electronic in Frankfurt, bringing over 15 years of experience in the connector and distribution industry.

He joined Heilind in summer 2022 as a Product Manager and was promoted in early 2025 to lead the Mil/Aero product team in Europe. He now manages a team of five, supporting Sales, Procurement, Marketing, and Production, while also overseeing inventory strategy.

Heilind Electronics is a privately held global distributor of interconnect products, with 50 offices and warehouses worldwide and over $300 million in inventory. The European division, launched in 2015, now includes two distribution centers (Germany and Poland) and a team of around 180 people across the continent.
