He built up his field experience as a technician for packaging machines and later deepened this as a commissioner for wet chemical systems for the production of photovoltaic cells in the areas of mechanics, electrics, electronics and software. In 2008 he switched to consulting work as a team leader in component sales. Mr. Anaç has been employed by NCAB Group Germany since 2013 and has worked in the printed circuit board sector, at that time as a technician and since 2019 as a field application engineer.

    Toys were only interesting if they also contained electronics. After an apprenticeship as a car electrician, he attended the master school in Nuremberg to deepen his knowledge. 


    This was followed by various sales activities for electrical and electronic components until Mr. Bächle joined Würth Elektronik as a sales representative in 2011.

Since March 1, 2012, he has been working independently in the areas of development, consulting and training.
